This policy explains what information MangalPatrika, operated by Ishan Rathi, collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Card details: the names, family details, event dates, venues, wording, RSVP contacts and photo you add to your card. While you are only previewing, these stay in your browser. They are sent to us when you choose to download, so we can process your purchase and let you edit the card later.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay, which may collect your name, email and phone for the receipt. We receive a payment reference and status, never your card, UPI or bank details.
• Kundli Milan: birth details you enter are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us. When you search for a place of birth, the text you type is sent to Open-Meteo's geocoding service to find matching places.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

Only to create your card, process your payment, let you re-download and edit it, and help you if you contact support. Your card details are only reachable through your private link. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Storage and retention

Data is stored with Cloudflare. We keep saved cards for 24 months so you can download them again, after which they may be deleted. You can ask us to delete your card and photo at any time.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. Your browser stores your draft and your private card links locally so you can continue where you left off.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing mangalpatrika.help@gmail.com.
